Locked a denomination-100 UTXO into the per-asset privacy pool. Subsequent T_WITHDRAW envelopes can anonymously mint from this pool without revealing which deposit they came from.
Decoded means the byte format was read. It does not establish protocol acceptance, an unspent balance, or completed reflection.
